  • Peter D'Souza - Co-founder

    Originally from Mumbai, Peter made his way to New York City, where he established deep roots in the hospitality industry, working with Union Square Hospitality. He then made his mark in Austin as a part of the leadership team at Sway Thai and New Waterloo.

    Most recently, he played a key role in opening Lil’ Easy with Happy Goods Inc.

  • Brendan Nomura - Executive Chef

    A long-standing figure at our sister restaurant, Old Thousand, Chef Brendan has worked at many of Austin’s top establishments including Tilly’s in Dripping Springs, Ramen Tatsuya, and South Congress Hotel.

  • Ben Cachila - Co-founder

    Ben Cachila is the founder and sole remaining original partner at Old Thousand partner

    He was one of the founding directors at Uchi Restaurants (Hai Hospitality) and previously led the Happy Goods group through its expansion.

    Ben is also a current partner at Tokyo Cowboy in San Antonio and Oakwood Public Market in Dripping Springs.
